Four Athletes Named to Mid-Hudson All-Conference Teams
Middletown, NY - The Mid-Hudson Conference office released the Men's Soccer All-Conference teams Friday. Sophomore Daniel Galeas (Middletown/Middletown, NY) was named First Team All-Conference. Sophomores Ronald Garcia, (Middletown/Middletown, NY), and Joshua Audain (Middletown/Middletown, NY) and freshman Ayden Prespare (Port Jervis/Port Jervis, NY) were named to the All-Conference Second Team.
Galeas led the Colts with eight points on four goals. He tallied two goals in a 3-3 draw against the United States Military Academy Preparatory School and two more against Bronx, earning Mid-Hudson Conference Athlete of the Week honors for his performance.
Garcia started all 13 games for the Colts on defense, anchoring a Colts unit that led the team to the most single season wins since 2016.
Audain started all 13 games for the Colts on defense and helped lead the team to their most successful season in 9 years.
Prespare started in 12 games for the Colts, splitting his time between midfield and defense. He played a vital role in helping to create great plays on both offense and defense.
The Colts finished the season with a 3-8-2 record.
