Brooklyn, NY- SUNY Orange men's soccer suffers a setback with a 4-0 loss to Kingsborough Community College. The Colts drop to 2-6-2, while the Wave improves to 7-4-1.
Kingsborough Community College came out strong, scoring their first goal in the opening minute. The goal came from Renza Toomer, assisted by Omario Walters.
The Wave continued their strong offense throughout the first half, scoring three more times. Omario Walters scored in the 10th minute. In the 28th minute, Marven Jn Baptiste added another goal, and in the final minute of the first half, Renza Toomer added the fourth goal.
The Colts held strong in the second half, not allowing a single goal.
The game concluded with a 4-0 score.
Freshman Dominic Vega(Warwick, NY/Warwick Valley) faced 14 shots on goal and recorded 10 saves.
